Rules summary

Rules and restrictions apply. All participants agree to the full Official Rules below when they complete an entry. Open to residents of the contiguous United States only, age 18 or older. Not available to residents of Florida and New York. No purchase or donation is necessary to enter or win. Entries close November 22, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. The drawing will be held on November 25, 2026. Winners are announced on or before November 27, 2026. Each winner must claim their prize within seven (7) days of notification. All entrants must consent to receive OTTA communications and to OTTA sharing their email address with Snow Peak, which may use it for marketing and promotion. Not available to employees of Snow Peak.

Official Rules

Sponsor. The 2026 Snow Peak Plus Giveaway (the “Drawing”) is sponsored by the Oregon Timber Trail® Alliance (OTTA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Oregon.

How to Participate. Entries for the Drawing described at https://oregontimbertrail.com/snow-peak-plus can be acquired through the OTTA online entry form on that page or by mailing a free handwritten postcard as described under No Purchase Necessary. A receipt will be sent by email for each online order. Each valid entry is one chance to win. All valid entries, as determined by OTTA in its sole discretion, will be entered into the Drawing. Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to OTTA’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Drawing. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth here. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

Ways to Enter.

1. Online entries. Online entries are sold only in the packages listed below, each at the fixed price shown. Each order is priced separately, and packages and orders are not combined or re-priced. There is no limit on the number of orders or entries an entrant may buy.

2. Postcards. Each handwritten postcard that meets the requirements under No Purchase Necessary earns one (1) entry. There is no limit on the number of postcards.

Online entries are issued only for payments successfully processed by the entry close date. A refund or chargeback of a payment voids the entries associated with it.

Consent to Communications and Email Sharing. Consent is a condition of entry and applies to every entrant, including postcard entrants. By entering, each entrant consents (1) to OTTA sending the entrant marketing, promotional, solicitation, and organizational news by email, and (2) to OTTA sharing the entrant’s email address with Snow Peak, which may use it for marketing and promotional purposes. Every message from OTTA or Snow Peak will include an unsubscribe option. OTTA’s use of entrant information is described in the OTTA privacy policy at https://oregontimbertrail.com/privacy-policy.

Drawing Rules. The Drawing is open to residents of the contiguous 48 United States, excluding Florida and New York. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on November 22, 2026. Entrants must provide all information requested to be eligible to win. Information provided by entrants becomes the property of OTTA and will be handled as described in the OTTA privacy policy at https://oregontimbertrail.com/privacy-policy and the consent above. Winners will be notified at the email address provided with the entry. There is no limit on the number of entries per entrant during the entry period. OTTA is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer or in the announcement of the prizes.

Prizes and Odds. There are six (6) prize packages, each awarded to a separate winner by a separate random drawing. Approximate retail values are rounded estimates based on retail prices observed on October 8, 2026.

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $1,825.78 (about $1,826). Prizes are NOT transferable, NOT substitutable, and have NO cash alternative. The odds of winning each prize depend on the total number of entries received. Each person may win only one prize. If an entry is drawn for a second prize, it is set aside and another entry is drawn. Prizes are drawn in order, starting with package 6 and ending with package 1.

Prize Delivery. OTTA will ship prize packages 2 to 6 to the winners at OTTA’s expense. Snow Peak will ship prize package 1 directly to the winner at Snow Peak’s expense, and the winner’s name and shipping contact details will be shared with Snow Peak USA for that purpose.

Eligibility. Participants must be 18 years of age or older as of the beginning of the Drawing period. Employees of OTTA, Board members, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, employees of Snow Peak, and the immediate family members of any of these persons living in the same household, are not eligible. Ineligible entries will not be refunded.

Prize Selection. The drawing for all valid entries will be held on November 25, 2026 by video conference (Google Meet) and recorded. The OTTA Board Secretary will act as the drawing official, and another member of the OTTA Board of Directors will act as witness. For each prize package, one (1) primary winner and two (2) alternate winners will be randomly drawn from all entries received using an accredited online random selection service. Alternates are ranked in the order drawn (Alternate 1, then Alternate 2). An entry may be drawn only once for the same prize package. All winners are provisional until OTTA verifies eligibility. Each primary winner will be notified on or before November 27, 2026. To claim a prize, the winner must confirm the claim, sign and accept the terms of the prize acceptance and release form, and provide OTTA with proof of identity within seven (7) days of notification. If the primary winner does not respond or claim the prize within seven (7) days, or is found ineligible, the prize is forfeited and OTTA will notify Alternate 1, who has seven (7) days to claim it. If Alternate 1 does not claim the prize within seven (7) days, or is found ineligible, OTTA will notify Alternate 2, who has seven (7) days on the same terms. If none of the three drawn entries claims the prize, OTTA will draw another entry, who will be notified and has seven (7) days to claim it, and OTTA will repeat this process until the prize is claimed. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes that apply to the prize and for any fees, duties, or expenses associated with claiming it. No substitution or customization of a prize may be requested. OTTA will not replace any lost or stolen prize.

Additional Conditions. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize the winner consents to the use of their name, photo or likeness, biographical information, winning entry, and statements attributed to the winner (if true) to announce Drawing results, without additional compensation. All entries become property of OTTA and none will be acknowledged, deleted, or returned.

Limitation of Liability. By entering, you acknowledge that you understand the Drawing rules, conditions, and limitations, and you agree to release and hold harmless OTTA, Snow Peak, Snow Peak USA, and their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any expenses, including the payment of any taxes that are due, and from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) the entrant’s participation in the Drawing or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, software, or other equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmission, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Drawing; or (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Drawing or the processing of entries.

Tax Treatment of Entries. Amounts paid for Drawing entries are not deductible as charitable contributions.

No Purchase Necessary. To enter without making a purchase or donation, mail a handwritten postcard to the Drawing Administrator at the address below containing your (1) full name; (2) mailing address, including street address, city, state, and zip code (P.O. boxes not accepted); (3) telephone number; (4) email address; (5) date of birth; and (6) the statement, “I have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the Official Rules for the 2026 Oregon Timber Trail® Alliance Snow Peak Plus Giveaway, and I consent to receive OTTA communications and to OTTA sharing my email address with Snow Peak for its marketing and promotional use.” All write-in entries must be postmarked by November 15, 2026 and received by November 21, 2026. Each postcard earns one (1) entry. There is no limit on the number of postcards an entrant may send, but each postcard must be handwritten and mailed separately in its own envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries, and entries submitted by or through automated means, are void. OTTA may disqualify entries it determines in its sole discretion to be abusive. No purchase or donation is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase does not improve your odds of winning.
